Delivery Information

Christmas Hampers

2011 orders will be delivered between Tuesday to Friday, from December 6th - 23rd. Postage and packaging cost is worked out on on the orders destination, plus a percentage of the order value.

Anytime hampers

Orders are delivered within 2-3 working days, throughout the year. Please ensure that you or someone is there to receive the delivery. It may be easier for your delivery to arrive at your workplace.

Quality & Service Guarantee

Your Champers Hampers should arrive in perfect condition.  Refrigerated and frozen items will last for up to 48 hours without requiring additional cooling.  If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will endevour to make a partial or total refund, or re-send the product concerned.

Please note while we will always phone ahead, that orders requested to be left outside if no-one is available to receive the order, should be accompanied with specific instructions.  We will not be held responsible for any orders left outside and perish accordingly.

Exchange / Returns Policy

Champers Hampers is committed to providing the very best in customer satisfaction. Every care is taken with packaging and sending of items.

Please note that food items are perishable and are neither exchangeable nor refundable, unless they arrive in an unsatisfactory condition. If this is the case, please contact us immediately and we will either make a partial or full refund, resend the product or another product to the same value.

Experiencing problems with your order or service?

At Champers Hampers, not only are our products of the very highest quality, so is our service.  We will do everything in our power to put things right quickly if you are not satisfied.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we may take action on your behalf.

Rural Deliveries

For rural deliveries, couriers will only deliver overnight as far as your local agent.   It is up to you to organise pick-up from your local agent.  Champers Hampers will take no responsibility for products whatsoever from the time of arrival at your local agent.
