Payment Options

Ordering online at Champers Hampers is quick, easy and uses the highest level of security.
We accept both Visa and Mastercard credit cards and direct online payment of invoice.

Please note that we don't accept cheques, cash, debit cards or EFTPOS.

Postage and packaging

All our hampers are delivered on overnight couriers, to ensure all products maintain freshness and arrive in the best possible condition.

Our postage and packaging costs are calculated by having a fixed cost per order (based on the region of the orders destination) and a percentage of the orders value is added.  Therefore, the more you purchase, the less the postage and packaging costs.

International orders

Champers Hampers is New Zealand's premium quality hamper company.

While our hampers are available for New Zealand delivery only, you are still able to order a hamper internationally, to then have the order delivered as a gift to family or friends living in New Zealand.

Order Confirmation

At Champers Hampers, we have made online ordering as simple as it can be.

On receipt of your completed Order Form we will email you an automatically generated Tax Invoice.  This will include all the items you have ordered, your order number and all other legal requirements, including our tax number and full company details.

If you do not receive your Order Confirmation within 5 minutes of your order, please contact us.

Pricing and Currency

All prices quoted on our website are in New Zealand dollars.

If you are placing an order from overseas, click here for a currency converter to see what your current exchange rate is.

Conversion of international currency to New Zealand dollars occurs at the processing bank at the bank rate of the day. The setting of this daily rate is not in the control of Champers Hampers. Please refer any questions re currency conversion to your bank.

Goods & Services Tax

Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a 12.5% consumer sales tax levied by the New Zealand Inland Revenue Department.

All prices quoted on this website are inclusive of GST. The price you see is the price you pay.

Your Champers Hampers tax invoice will fill all legal requirements, including our full company details and GST number.
